About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment across our production facility. You will keep our manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently by diagnosing electrical faults, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement on the plant floor.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, controls, motors, drives, conduit, and lighting
• Troubleshoot faults in production machinery, PLCs, control panels, sensors, and instrumentation to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, ladder logic, and equipment manuals
• Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance
• Wire and connect new equipment, machinery, and automation systems during installs and upgrades
• Test systems using multimeters, megohmmeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools
• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns to restore production
• Support PLC programming changes, VFD configuration, and control system modifications
• Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records (CMMS)
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E, including lockout/tagout (LOTO)

What You Bring (Required)

• High school diploma or GED; completed apprenticeship or accredited electrical program
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent
• 3+ years of electrical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
