ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS

• Support our customer – Press Shop
• Troubleshoot of production and non-production equipment
• Troubleshoot and program of Siemens S5 and S7 PLC’s, Beckhoff PC based controls and other PLC and control systems.
• Troubleshoot robot / robot controllers and perform teach-ins on new jobs as required
• Troubleshoot of servo drives and other drive controllers
• Repair and maintain press shop equipment
• Implement continuous improvements
• Perform daily checks and preventative maintenance
• Work on press shop projects as needed
• Check, maintain and install of electrical components on our production dies
• Optimize presses and automation to improve cycle time
• Keep equipment assigned in clean, safe, good working conditions
