Industrial Electrician

Position Overview

The Electrician – Level II will be responsible for conducting electrical installations, maintenance, and complex repairs. This role requires a skilled individual with a thorough understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work independently. The Electrician – Level II, will possess and exhibit the Core Values of LeClaire Manufacturing: Honesty, Development/Learning, Respect, Initiative and Excellence; and will instill and encourage these values in his/her co-workers and employees on a daily basis.

Essential Functions

• Perform skilled electrical work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Work on projects independently and make decisions based on expertise and experience.
• Provide guidance and support to Level 1 Electricians and other junior staff.
