INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

HOURS

* Work in all areas of the plant - flexible as needed or required

All shifts available- 8-hour days, 5-7 days per week, and needed/scheduled *

DUTIES

* Diagnose and troubleshoot all electrical issues and problems, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and wiring. * Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure machinery is working in optimal performance * Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals * Improve, install, and upgrade machinery performance * Troubleshoot and solve equipment issues with other maintenance team members * Follow and comply with safety guidelines and company protocols such as lockout/tagout, electrical work, and equipment operations. * Maintain records of electrical repairs and maintenance performed. * Assist in the implementation of new equipment installations and modifications * Ensure minimal downtime on production by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns * Ability to work in confined spaces. * Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. * Perform other duties as needed or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

* Associate's Degree in Electrical or Electronics * Minnesota Journeyman or Master's license not required, but a plus * Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. * Ability to work with advanced mathematics, all types of circuit drawing, and test equipment * In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and machinery. * Experience working with PLCs, VFDs, and HMI systems. * Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, including OSHA and NFPA standards * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving. * Understand and comply with Company policy and procedures * Good communication skills, both verbal and written * Good work history and attendance * Team Player * Resume required
