Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components in industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and local electrical codes.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and installation tasks.
• Maintain and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial control panels, and automation equipment to optimize operational efficiency.
• Perform electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults and implement effective solutions swiftly.
• Conduct high-voltage electrical wiring work safely on construction sites or during renovation projects, adhering strictly to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment skillfully for installation and maintenance tasks while ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with project teams during construction or renovation projects to ensure electrical systems are installed according to schematics and blueprints.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an industrial electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems within manufacturing or large-scale facilities.
