Industrial Electrician

This role will start on a 7am-3:30pm M-F schedule and will transition to a rotating shift after training. What we are looking for:* High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary mechanical/electrical or trade education preferred. * Three years of AC & DC motor control (including drives) and electrical troubleshooting preferred; two to three years of PLC experience preferred. * Experience in an industrial manufacturing facility and familiarity with CMMS preferred. * Must be able to work at heights in a manufacturing setting. * Ability to work extended hours and rotating shifts as required.

In this role, you would

* Respond promptly to mill breakdowns, investigate root causes of equipment failures, and implement long-term solutions to improve reliability. * Complete assigned work orders, participate in PM/PdM activities, and assist in developing preventive maintenance plans for assigned areas. * Work closely with operators, supervisors, planners, and peers to resolve maintenance issues, communicate updates, and ensure a smooth shift transition. * Maintain an up-to-date Electrical Logbook, enter work requests for follow-up tasks, and provide shift pass-down inform...
