HVAC and/or Electrician Service Technician – Commercial & Industrial

Location: Kansas City, MO Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start Pay: Based on experience + benefits

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

To keep our team safe and our customers happy, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in your respective field (HVAC or Electrical service).
• Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude.
• Availability: Ready to work full-time with potential for shared on-call rotation.

Position Breakdowns - Position 1: HVAC Service Technician

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential/commercial HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation).
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Educate customers on system recommendations and energy-efficient solutions.
• *EPA Certification required.*

Position 2: Electrical Service Technician

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems, panels, lighting, and circuits.
• Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
• Accurately diagnose electrical hazards and provide safe, effective solutions.
• *Relevant state electrical license/card required.*

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
