Position Description Advertised Job Summary Under limited supervision, performs highly skilled electrical duties required to maintain and repair campus-wide electrical systems. Installs electrical equipment and remodels existing electrical services to support campus departments

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience

* Requires job related accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

* Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and other electric documents. * Understand written, oral instructions and use a computer. * Able to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, coworkers, vendors, and contractors.

Job Duties Job Duty Building Electrical Maintenance & Repair

Maintain and repair electrical systems within assigned facilities, including panels, branch circuits, lighting, and connected equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using established procedures and code requirements.
