Position Purpose

As a LONG BI Controls Electrician Supervisor, you will oversee the supervision, motivation and training of subordinates and seek to update and improve the quality of work provided by his team and the effectiveness of the control systems they connect.

Pay Range

$31.25 - $43.27 per hr. plus potential profit share.

• Support the controls electrician manager, project managers, and accounting team in ensuring accurate billing for completed work and verifying that installation teams adhere to labor and material cost estimates. Additionally, participate in bid management and other business opportunities that entail significant or unconventional risk.
• Familiarize yourself with job site completion deadlines, coordinate workforce and material needs with Building Intelligence construction or operations manager, project managers, installers, control technicians, customers, and other trades.
• Coordinate subcontractor’s installation work, enforce quality standards and track work progress to meet deadlines.
