QuietCool, a leader in innovative home cooling solutions, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our growing team. This role will be part of a new division dedicated to installing QuietCool whole-house fans and training subcontractors to perform installations to our high standards. Key Responsibilities

• Install QuietCool whole-house fans in residential properties, ensuring all work meets electrical codes and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues related to wiring, circuits, and fan integration.
• Train and mentor subcontractors on proper QuietCool fan installation techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Conduct on-site demonstrations and provide hands-on guidance to ensure subcontractor competency.
• Inspect completed installations (both self-performed and subcontractor work) for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with the QuietCool team to refine installation processes and improve training methods.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment at all job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions or concerns during installations.

Qualifications

• This job requires travel occasionally
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and local building codes.
• Experience with residential electrical installations; familiarity with fan or HVAC systems is a plus.
• Ability to train and communicate effectively with others, including subcontractors with varying levels of experience.
