Job Summary:**

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a skilled Electrician for Primoris Energy Services at our 43427 APEX location. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components within industrial and commercial settings, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to blueprints, schematics, and relevant codes (NEC, local, etc.).
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices (e.g., voltmeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes).
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Job Qualifications:**

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an electrician in an industrial or commercial environment.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
