Electrician

We’re seeking experienced Electricians to join our field team on solar construction projects. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and has experience with electrical installations in commercial, industrial, or solar environments.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit (PVC, EMT, RMC), wire, and cable tray systems
• Pull and terminate DC and AC wiring (string wiring, combiner boxes, inverters, transformers)
• Perform grounding and bonding of PV systems
• Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Follow all safety and electrical codes (NEC)
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area
• Collaborate with crew members, apprentices, and foremen

Requirements

• Licensed Electrician or equivalent
• 2+ years of electrical experience (solar preferred, not required)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Safety tickets: OSHA 10, First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and travel to site if needed
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to lead or mentor apprentices
