Electrician

Key Duties and Responsibilities

:

* Must have reasonable knowledge of electrical code and installation procedures.

Previous experience in 2400V; 480 – 3 phase motor controls and system operation. * Knowledge of PLC systems and programming * Able to read electrical blueprints. * Hold a Journeymen Electrician card preferred. * Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician. * Troubleshoot effectively with a minimum of supervision.andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; * Applicant is required to furnish his own hand tools. * Experience in mining is helpful. * Must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of safety in the electrical field.andnbsp; * Capable of working with a minimum of supervision. * All work described above to be done in an efficient and workman-like manner.andnbsp; * Any knowledge of welding and fabrication is a plus but not required. * Applicant is responsible for the housekeeping and cleanup around his work area. * Additional duties are required as assigned by management.andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;
