SUMMARY Assists in the servicing of the Village's electrical and pumping components in facilities owned and operated by the Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association. This will include water plant facilities, wastewater plants, lift stations, pumping facilities, and all physical structures with the Village. Requires valid Arkansas driver’s license and clean driving record with proof of liability insurance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Basic understanding of the NEC, safety and building codes.

2. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of POA vehicles, tools and equipment.

3. Basic knowledge of the proper use of handheld meters and hand tools.

4. Reports problems to Supervisor in a timely manner.

5. Ability to communicate with the general public and coworkers in polite and efficient manner.

6. Assists coworkers and other departments in system operations and maintenance tasks and duties

7. Basic ability to locate streets, addresses, and water and sewer lines on maps.

8. Responsible for responding to customer requests and complaints and completing work orders accurately and efficiently.

9. Responsible for follow up of actions, ongoing personal development, and department related training, licensing, and certification.

10. Responsible for operating in accordance with Local, State, Federal Regulations, and Public Utilities Policies and Procedures.

11. May be required to work periodically for other divisions as directed.

12. Follow all Property Owners' Association (POA) policies and safety rules.
