Licensed Electrician – JLL

What this job involves

The Licensed Electrician leads all aspects of electrical maintenance and engineering within a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical laboratory and pilot plant environment. You will ensure the reliable operation of critical electrical systems—including power distribution, emergency generators, clean utilities, and building automation systems—while maintaining strict adherence to FDA and other regulatory standards. This role is vital to supporting production continuity, facility compliance, equipment reliability, and inspection readiness. What your day-to-day will look like

• Accept and log all electrical-related service calls in the CMMS database, respond immediately to electrical alarms and power outages, and monitor electrical systems throughout facility operations
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical distribution systems including switchgear, motor control centers, emergency generators, UPS systems, lighting systems, and fire alarm electrical components up to 480V
