Job Assignment

Core Accountabilities while working with Electrical Engineer

Maintenance with Electrical Expertise

• Support operations by monitoring and addressing electrical maintenance needs.
• Installation and repair, test, and troubleshoot industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls - Allen Bradley PLC's; automation controllers etc., HMI's
• Rotate shifts periodically and support and troubleshoot issues on frequent basis per the operation's use of electrical welding method. Handles high voltage (3 phase, 480V)
• Oversees periodic inspections, tests, and maintenance procedures on equipment to preserve and perpetuate proper functionality.
• Assist with interpretations of terminations; reading schematics and understanding root problems
• Installs and connects power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed equipment.
• Diagnoses malfunctions in equipment and repairs/replaces as needed.
• Communicates electrical issues to engineering and plant management.

• Other: Temporarily assume the duties and responsibilities of other roles, as directed by management. All safety and operational parameters of the assumed role apply.
