Electrician

Fowler Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial electrical projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating with project managers and general contractors, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to code.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive commercial experience, capable of managing multiple job sites, mentoring electricians, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial job sites
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Manage job site materials, tools, and equipment
• Track labor hours and report job progress
• Identify and resolve job site issues proactively
• Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeymen
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installations
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings
• Solid understanding of NEC and local building codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Valid OSHA card required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
