Electrician

About the Role

The Electrician shall serve as CBS's lead on all related electrical preventative maintenance tasks, service calls, and repair initiatives. The Electrician will perform the following:* General operations, maintenance installation, and repair of electrical systems and components * Coordinate with specialty sub-contractors to perform high voltage testing and apply trade skills as necessary * Install, maintain and repair electrical fixtures, equipment, and systems * Supports Engineers and Utilty Mechanics when they perform certain electrical specific tasks * Must be available to respond to on-site emergencies * Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair complex electrical power distribution systems * Operate and perform preventative maintenance on complex facility electrical power distribution systems * Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair complex electrical power distribution systems * Operate and perform Preventive Maintenance on complex facility electrical power distribution systems. * Perform Certification testing * Facility Code Compliance (assure compliance with Federal, State and Local safety and health standards.

All Shifts: Day Shift. (Monday - Friday and Weekends)

Salary: $52.70 per hour

You Should Have: * Possess a Journeyman commercial/industrial license issued by a State or other accredited board. * Must possess at least (4) four years of Journeyman Level experience (obtained within the past 7 years) performing inspection, troubleshooting, repairing, operating and performing preventive maintenance on complex electrical power distribution systems * Possess accreditation by National Electrical Testing Association (NETA) * Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in Building Operations * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills * Possess a professional demeanor * Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
