Residential & Commercial Journeyman Electricians are responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in residential homes, commercial buildings, remodels, tenant improvements, and new construction projects. Journeymen are expected to lead by example, ensure all work is completed safely and to code, mentor apprentices, and deliver high-quality workmanship and professionalism on every project.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Valid Arizona Journeyman Electrician License preferred * Minimum 4+ years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience * Strong knowledge of NEC code and Arizona electrical code requirements * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and specifications * Experience with rough-in, trim, troubleshooting, service work, and panel installations * Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently * Leadership skills and ability to train and mentor apprentices * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple job tasks * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor * Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor job sites in Arizona heat * Must be able to pass a drug test and remain drug-free * Must maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites * OSHA 10 certification preferred ===================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================...
