Key Responsibilities

• · Instrument/control loop trouble-shooting, repair, calibration/tuning of instrumentation, installation/maintenance of all plant electrical equipment. This equipment includes pumps, large top mounted agitators, fans, blowers, vessels, filters, piping systems, and insulation. Complete work orders, preventative maintenance work orders, electrical check lists, and maintain equipment files in the plant
• · Frequent inspections, repair and replacement of electrical components. Installation and modification of existing and new piping systems/lines, including vessels, filters (cartridge, bag and press types), and equipment setting and alignment.
• · Learning the proper methods for equipment and safety inspections. Inspection of equipment for defects and recording all repairs made to specific equipment.
