Electrician - 3rd Shift

Description

Under limited supervision and with readily available technical guidance, performs daily machine inspections, Communicate with operators on a daily bases about maintenance issues, Daily preventative maintenance on equipment, Communicate issues on equipment to the maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or lead. Perform other daily tasks that they are assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting down equipment.
• Perform facility electrical maintenance and wiring.
• Perform PLC programming, installation, and troubleshooting of new equipment.
• Work with the controls engineer on projects.
• Perform general equipment, machinery, and plant maintenance.
• Work well with other employees and maintains a positive attitude. Conducts needs assessment, meets qualify standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Adheres to all OSHA and company policies and procedures, including Authorized LOTO procedures. Recognizes and reports unsafe work areas or conditions when discovered. Lead by example when working safe.
• Communicate with manager, and other Maintenance team members, to assure operating condition of equipment.
• Performs routine housekeeping activities in the department, and the shop.
• Performs assigned daily tasks, completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
