Summary

Maintains,repairs,and installs all electrical systems in all School System Facilities.

Demonstrates ability to perform all aspects of electrical work according to applicable codes and

industry standards by performing various maintenance functions in a safe, efficient, professional

and customer-focused manner at all school system facilities. Also must have willingness to cross

train and assist other departments as well as take on other job tasks as assigned.

• Good oral and written expression and customer service skills. Willingness to

communicate questions or concerns.

• Willingness and ability to learn new tasks, skills, and systems.
• Able to read, write, and operate basic technology sufficiently in order to send emails,

check work orders, etc.

• Skilled in general electrical functions.
• Trainable. Willing and able to learn new skills to enhance knowledge and abilities.

Preferred Experience

General electrical and either has or is willing to get a Class B license

(CDL).
