ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN I - NORTH DAKOTA

The Electrical Technician I will accurately and efficiently perform diversified tasks relating to product assembly, to include box terminations, service loop installation and termination, crimping of all terminations, point to point testing of components, calibration of boards or meters, testing of completed assemblies such as control consoles.

• Assist in the assembly process with the assistance from drawings and schematics
• Assist with part fitting, bolting, connecting, threading, aligning, calibrating, grinding, crimping and inspecting
• Ability to explain the theory of operations of plant electrical component motors
• Ability to perform special soldering
• Understands basic formulas of electricity
• Explain the basic electrical layout
• Understands basic circuit elements (source, ground, resistor, capacitor Understands BOM's (Folder/Process)
