Job Description

About Us

At our core, we are builders. We are an advanced manufacturing company born from Detroit's legacy of innovation. Our objective is to redefine what it means to "make things" by bridging the gap between cutting-edge code and the shop floor. We believe that a robust manufacturing base is the ultimate engine for growth, and we utilize advanced software to drive efficiency, precision, and quality in everything we build. We are proud to be part of Michigan's manufacturing resurgence and are looking for makers who want to build the next generation of industry with us.

Key Responsibilities

● Wire Assembly: Cut, strip, terminate, and route wires and cable harnesses according to schematics and wiring diagrams.

● Soldering: Hand-solder components to PCBs and perform through-hole/surface-mount rework with a high standard of quality and consistency.

● Panel Assembly: Mount, wire, and label components inside electrical panels (terminal blocks, relays, breakers, contactors, power supplies, etc.).

● Testing & QC: Perform basic continuity, point-to-point, and visual inspection checks to verify assemblies meet spec before they move downstream.

● Documentation: Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and bills of material; flag discrepancies or ambiguities to engineering.

● Shop Maintenance: Keep your workstation, tools, and consumables organized and in good working order.

Required Skills & Qualifications
