We are hiring Electrical Helpers to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to start quickly and build a career in the electrical trade.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on field experience, learn from experienced electricians, and grow within the residential electrical industry. As an Electrical Helper, you will support lead electricians and field crews with residential electrical installations on active construction sites. Key Duties & Responsibilities ----------------------------------

As an Electrical Helper, you will: * Assist with residential rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire * Help install electrical trim components such as outlets, switches, light fixtures, and devices * Carry, organize, and stage tools, materials, and equipment for the crew * Support the lead electrician and field team with daily jobsite tasks * Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe * Maintain a professional and respectful working relationship with supervisors, leadmen, and crew members * Communicate job progress, issues, and solutions when needed * Follow all company safety policies and report hazards promptly * Take direction well and contribute to a productive team environment * Perform other duties as assigned

• Electrical experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code is a plus
