Position Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Helper to support electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role provides hands-on experience assisting with installation, material handling, and basic electrical tasks while working alongside experienced electricians. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone motivated to learn the trade, build technical skills, and grow within a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for pulling electrical wiring through electrical conduits.
• Will cut, bend, thread, and run electrical conduit materials.
• Assist in terminating electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.
• Maintain and reference industry electrical codes.
• Strong understanding of applicable electrical and other maintenance-related laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Attend training and safety meetings.
• Demonstrate safe working practices to other technicians by utilizing PPE and always working safely.

Qualifications

• Electrical experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be motivated, willing to learn, and hardworking
• Valid Driver's License
• High school or equivalent required.
