Requirements: * Assist both Service and Install Electricians with various electrical tasks, including rewires, security system setups, lighting installations, panel upgrades, and troubleshooting. * Support the Electrician in ensuring all work complies with electrical codes and safety standards. * Learn and apply residential electrical installation and service techniques, receiving on-the-job training to enhance your skill set. * Track and organize materials for each job, ensuring proper documentation for project costing and completion. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures. * Shadow Electricians during customer visits, gaining insight into technical problem-solving and customer service. * Participate in ongoing training programs to supplement hands-on learning and classroom knowledge. * Communicate with team members and customers professionally, as directed by the Electrician.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
• Strong interest in becoming a licensed Electrician (EL01/EL02) in Washington state.
