What You’ll Do

• Support and guide team members with troubleshooting and installation challenges
• Help improve job efficiency by assisting with diagnostics, planning, and reducing rework
• Encourage team development by coaching others to build their own problem-solving skills
• Share technical tips, product updates, and best practices during team meetings or group chats
• Provide occasional phone support to field techs, even on non-scheduled workdays if needed
• Assist in evaluating potential new hires when requested
• Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions with team members and clients

What You’ll Bring

• Knowledge of residential electrical systems and code compliance a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
