Apprentice Electrician – Goodyear, AZ

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on electrical skills while working alongside experienced electricians on industrial and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Conveyor system installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics is a plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in industrial environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Support conveyor system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities
• Pull wire, install conduit, mount electrical components, and perform general electrical labor
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
• Work closely with journeyman electricians and project supervisors to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

• Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an approved electrical apprenticeship program
• Ability to work flexible schedules as project needs require
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Travel Requirements

• Must be open to travel for project assignments as needed
• Overnight and out-of-state travel may be required depending on project location
