Are you an experienced commercial electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working independently? FSG is looking for an Electrical Service Technician to join our growing Indianapolis team. This role is ideal for electricians who enjoy a variety of work instead of being on the same construction project every day. You'll travel to commercial customer locations diagnosing issues, making repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and helping customers keep their facilities operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities: What You'll Do ------------------

• Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
• Repair electrical equipment, lighting, controls, panels, and power distribution systems
• Install new electrical equipment and complete service upgrades
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Communicate professionally with customers while providing outstanding service
• Complete service documentation and work orders accurately
• Follow all NEC requirements and company safety standards

Qualifications: What We're Looking For --------------------------

• 4+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Apprenticeship training preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from ladders, lifts, and rooftops when needed
