Commercial Electrician

Rinvio is hiring experienced Commercial Electricians for project-based electrical work in the Winchester, Virginia area. Journeyman-level experience is valued, but an active journeyman card is not required for every qualified candidate.

Pay: $34-$44/hour, based on experience

Location: Winchester, VA

Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule may vary by site needs

Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, devices, and related commercial electrical systems
• Complete rough-in, trim-out, wire pulling, terminations, troubleshooting, and punch-list work
• Read basic electrical drawings, field notes, and instructions to support accurate installation
• Work safely and productively with foremen, site leadership, and other trades
• Maintain clean, organized, code-conscious installations and follow site requirements

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred
• Journeyman-level skillset preferred; uncarded electricians with strong experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to bend conduit, pull wire, terminate devices/equipment, and troubleshoot basic electrical issues
• Reliable transportation to Winchester-area project locations
• Own basic hand tools and PPE
• Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
