What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
• Install conduit, wiring, lighting, panels, and electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve issues efficiently
• Perform trim-out work and install fixtures and devices
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Work closely with project managers and fellow electricians to complete projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial electrical experience (residential experience is a plus)
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial wiring methods and electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans
• Experience with troubleshooting, trim installation, and fixture installation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply
• Valid Maryland driver's license
