What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a skilled and certified State Licensed Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The electrician will ensure all work complies with state electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.

##### Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with state regulations and safety codes.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, ensuring compliance with codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Plan the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety of the system.
