POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Certified Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems supporting wireless telecommunications infrastructure, including Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), ERRCS/Public Safety systems, and other electrical installations.

KEY PROCESSES OWNED BY POSITION

===================================

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in accordance with applicable codes and regulations

* Install electrical infrastructure supporting telecommunications equipment, including power distribution, grounding systems, and backup power systems

* Run and terminate conduit, wiring, and electrical components

* Interpret electrical blueprints, construction drawings, and schematics

* Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics on installed systems

* Ensure all installations meet NEC and local electrical code requirements

* Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and field crews to complete projects safely and efficiently

* Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

* Maintain a clean and organized job site

* Support and mentor apprentices and junior electricians when applicable

* Perform other duties as assigned
