What You Will Do

Highly skilled electrical and/or instrument technician who applies a broad level of process and electrical knowledge to maximize and, where possible, improve the efficiency of the overall production process. These employees have met the qualifications of the company certification process. These workers mentor and train other workers.

* Safe completion of routine and non-routine repairs and construction * Perform preventive maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting of industrial electrical and/or instrumentation equipment (i.e. substations, power distribution systems, switchgear motors, motor controls, systems and components, process controls, instrumentation and pneumatic equipment) * Provide leadership in areas such as safety, environmental, mentoring of new employees and apprentices, cost control, project management, KPI tracking and measurement, and proactive maintenance management processes * Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring To Freeport ------------------------------

* Five (5) years ofexperience in industrial electrical and/or instrumentation repair and maintenance * Qualified under the company certification process * Valid state driver's license Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude.
