Automation Electrician

Operations are scheduled to begin in late 2025, and the facility will employ more than 250 talented professionals. The Automation Electrician is responsible for supporting the reliability, safety, and performance of electrical systems, automated equipment, machinery, and facility electrical components throughout the manufacturing plant. This role diagnoses, maintains, installs, repairs, and improves electrical and automation systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.

After completion of training on 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, this position is expected to transition to 2nd shift, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

* + Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, automated equipment, machinery, and facility electrical components. + Diagnose and resolve electrical, control, and automation issues in a timely manner to minimize equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency. + Install, test, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, control panels, and related electrical equipment. + Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to support equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. + Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to effectively troubleshoot and maintain equipment. + Prepare and maintain work instructions related to electrical maintenance, equipment operation, safety procedures, TPM activities, and standa...
