Job Summary

Idaho Electrical Solutions is a licensed and insured electrical contractor serving residential, commercial, and telecom clients across the Treasure Valley. We handle everything from service calls and troubleshooting to full‑scale installations, remodels, tenant improvements, and cell tower electrical work. Our team focuses on quality workmanship, safe practices, and reliable communication. We are looking for electricians who take pride in their craft and can work independently or as part of a crew.

This role offers a wide variety of work each week, including residential, commercial, industrial, and Telecommunication tower projects, giving apprentices exposure to all areas of the trade.

Duties

• Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, industrial, and telecom environments.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and correctly.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, one‑lines, and site drawings.
• Follow NEC requirements and company safety standards on every task.
• Support low‑voltage, grounding, conduit, and equipment installation under supervision.
• Perform basic electrical testing using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and help keep job sites safe.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all company safety protocols.
